Bed linen and towels are not provided, we propose a supplement to provide them.

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

Mobile homes in the Excellence range are equipped with a television, while in the Economique range, it is available at an additional cost.

They are fully equipped (except for the oven).

My mobile home is available before 3pm on Saturdays. Is it possible to arrive earlier?

No

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

Yes

Is my dog allowed in the rental property?

Yes, except category 1 and 2

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

Visitors are welcome. If they don’t spend the night in your mobile home, we don’t charge any extra.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

No

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

Yes

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?

Yes

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Is there wifi in the campsite?

WIFI is available free of charge at the bar and at a charge in your mobile home.

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

Yes, a grocery store selling basic products.

Is it possible to rent bicycles on site?

Yes, with our partner psl bike (http://www.pslbike.com)

Do you have internal regulations?

Yes, failure to do so may result in expulsion.

What time should I stop making noise?

Avoid noise after 11pm.

Is it possible to exceed the maximum number of people indicated for each mobile home?

No, you can’t stay in a mobile home with more people than the stated capacity.

For example, for a mobile home for between 4 and 5 people, you cannot exceed 5 people.

What does the deposit include?

The deposit includes €80 for cleaning and €300 for any damage.

To ensure that all our guests have access to their mobile homes as quickly as possible, we ask you to prepare cheques in advance to avoid queues (particularly in July and August).
